<p>This property is not abandoned. There is no semi-permanent structure here as the tent present is in the process of being  constructed/dismantled so there is no violation of any trespass statute present in re whereto. This property is personal allocation property pursuant to the authority of Papacrhistou v Jacksonville. (_U.S._), in which the SCOTUS explained that the government cannot criminalize existence. Any confiscation or removal of any of the components of such property w/o the express authorization of RJM, given the existence of the arrangement referenced herein would confiscate a crime of  theft, and tort of conversion if perpetrated by a private citizen and a crime of official misconduct (720 ILCS 5/33-3) and of the deprivation of a right guaranteed by the constitution and laws of  the nominal u.s. of A (18 U.S.C. 242) and the torts of  conversion and an illegal siezure,  and violation of  the Ninth Amendment presumption of  liberty, both actionable via the provision of  42 USC 1983,  if perpetrated by a representative of any government entity.  No one is above the law and no one is beyond the reach of God's justice, even if contra-predatory vigilantism is the only remedy left in this former republic at this juncture in its continued descent into an ever deeper Talmudic-barbarity.
