Superior Service Testimonial and Nomination

For reasons which evidently need not be explicated in detail, but which may Providence permitting, be so explicated on some future date, USPS Supervisor Ms. Patterson of the Cardiss Collins USPO, in Chicago, IL is herein commended for the commitment to the accommodation of legitimate reliance interests, and post office M.O. demonstrated by her in regard to fixing my P.O. Box problem in October of 2013 and in re a Cashier's mistake on 6/4/14.

This testimonial is issued subject to the procural of the approval in re whereto of the Exec Committee of the ISMA according to all rules, regulations and/or restrictions applicable to the issuance of this type document. Notice is herein provided that the ISMA cannot approve of any attire not entirely compatible with the 1929 Crusade Against Immodest Fashions in Female Dress.... issued by Pope Pius XI, which position is that of the author of this document as well.
