For reasons which evidently need not be explicated in detail, but which may Providence permitting, be so explicated on some future date, Chicago Public Library Librarian Barbara ..... is herein commended for knowledge, competence and the commitment to the solve the problems encountered by and to otherwise empower the patrons of the CPL System demonstrated by her over the past several years in regard to the fulfillment of her duties as a Librarian at the Chicago Public Library, Near North Park facility.
