Asset Retainer & Monitor (“ARM”) Profile for the Police State Enslavement Arrangement Presently Prevailing in the u.s. of A.

Whereas in consideration of the recent felonious and treasonous assault by the merciless mercenaries of the Committee of 300 Cannibals upon Bernard von Nauthaus’es Silver Warehouse, Dick Simkanin’s Arrow Plastics, W. Thompson’s Co. etc. etc. etc. discussions have been conducted in numerous contra-genocide circles regarding strategies via which to protect assets from the hazards to which they have ever been subjected through history, but most importantly from the cannibalizations of Big Brother the Beast, it is herein postulated that entities be developed and/or discovered which will provide:

Protection from:

• Misappropriation of funds by ARM

• Detriment from loss due to inflation

• Detriment from loss due to lack of capacity to protect asset(s) – ie lack of capacity to perceive through senses or memory, lack of capacity to communicate, etc. etc.

• Detriment from loss due to lack of solicitude to protect asset(s) (Uncle Billy losing the BB&L funds to Potter in the Movie “It’s a Wonderful Life” is not an acceptable alternative) and/or lack of competency in managing such

• Detriment from loss due to theft perpetrated by some private sector predator

• Detriment from loss due to de jure government perpetrated extortion/appropriation/theft/sanction or any other suchlike phenomena, howsoever appelled:

• ARM would have to be committed to inform owner of funds of attempt by any given govt predator to confiscate asset(s) prior to confiscation whereof

• Preferable would be arrangement in which ARM could deter and/or defeat any given predation perpetration (
  “PP”) ever attempted via the prospect of the use of contra-predatory force or if it would be necessary in a given instance to prevent a given PP, the actual use of such force

• Detriment due to ARM’s being convicted of a crime

• Detriment due to ARM’s incurrment of civil liability as a losing party in a legal adjudication – whether tort, contract or any type of sanction whether in a given instance a given adjudication would or would not lack legitimacy

• Detriment due to lack of greater efficiency than measure of efficiency which would be less rather than more beneficial within limitations included herein in entries #1-8, supra

• Detriment due to adequate transfer of asset(s) formula not being in place at time of loss of capacity to monitor a given asset &/or due to the death of, ARM

• Detriment due to natural disaster/Act of God

• Detriment due to intentional destruction of asset retention facility and/or asset(s) by any de jure government entity or any private sector entity
