DEFENDANT (“RJM”)’S MOTION FOR COURT, PROSECUTOR & CHICAGO POLICE DEPT. & COMPLAINING WITNESS TO TAKE NOTICE THAT DEFENDANT RJM IS ACKNOWLEDGING THAT RES JUDICATA WILL NOT BE APPLICABLE ON ANY DECISION RENDERED IN THIS CASE THAT IS RENDERED ACCORDING TO [UN]ACCEPTABLE STANDARDS

Now comes the Defendant RJM to provide notice that he has already filed a federal civil rights law suit against all malefactors & felons who have conducted illegitimate & felonious activity in this case & that no Defendant in that Civil Suit will be able to raise a res judicata defense against the claims already raised or yet to be raised in that suit, regardless of what happens in this criminal prosecution, unless the proceedings are conducted in the future according to acceptable priorities, agendas & methods – Real simple No legitimacy – NO FINALITY. RJM is simply not going to roll over & permit Lucifer to terrorize any of his neighbors. He will oppose the cannibalism, barbarism of the Reign of Terror until his last breath. Any cop, prosecutor, or judge who wants to throw his or her authority around can accept the consequences of such type conduct. RJM will continue on a ZERO TOLERANCE OF TERROR standard. Wherefore RJM moves this Court to confirm it understands RJM’s position in this regard.

Michigan, Chicago IL 60605, at 16:15 p.m. but was prevented from doing so by a group of armed deputy sheriffs & so on 11/22/02 at some time prior to 11:00 a.m., if RJ More has not received one of the forms of consideration enumerated in par. #10 of the accompanying motion, RJM will appear on the motion call before whatever judge is sitting in the Branch 47 Courtroom (Room #502) at 1340 S.
